Course Requirements & Terms and Conditions

1. Course Requirements for Successful Completion

To be eligible for the issuance of a Certificate of Awareness – BS EN 15224:2016 (Level 1), participants must meet all the following requirements:

1.1 Course Access & Participation

Access the course through Google Classroom using the email address provided during registration.
Access is granted only to the registered participant and is non-transferable.

1.2 Completion of Learning Modules

View and complete all mandatory recorded learning modules.
Review all required supporting materials provided within the course.

1.3 Knowledge Assessment

Complete the end-of-course knowledge assessment administered via Google Forms or an equivalent platform.
Achieve a minimum pass score of 70%.

1.4 Completion Period

Complete all course requirements within the 30 Days access period granted.

1.5 Academic Integrity

All assessments must be completed independently.
Impersonation, sharing of login credentials, or misrepresentation of participation is strictly prohibited.

Certificate Issuance

A Certificate of Awareness – BS EN 15224:2016 (Level 1) will be issued only after successful completion of all course requirements listed above.

2. Training Terms and Conditions

2.1 Course Nature

This programme is a training and awareness course.
It does not constitute certification to BS EN 15224 or ISO 9001.
Certification to ISO standards can only be issued following a formal certification audit by an accredited certification body.

2.2 Course Delivery

The course is delivered as a recorded, self-tutored programme.
Participants are responsible for managing their own learning schedule within the access period.

2.3 Course Access

Course access is provided electronically via Google Classroom.
Access details are sent to the registered email address.
DMSL Africa is not responsible for access issues arising from incorrect email details supplied by the participant.

2.4 Payment & Refund Policy

Course fees are non-refundable once access to the Google Classroom has been granted.
Requests for deferment or exceptional consideration may be reviewed at the discretion of DMSL Africa.

2.5 Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, slides, documents, and assessments, are the intellectual property of DMSL Africa.
Materials may not be copied, recorded, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

2.6 Use of Certificate

Certificates are issued for individual professional development.
Certificates must not be presented as:
- ISO certification
- Organisational accreditation
- Evidence of conformity certification

2.7 Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally.
Any breach of these terms, including misuse of materials or misrepresentation, may result in withdrawal of access without refund.

2.8 Amendments

DMSL Africa reserves the right to update course content, delivery methods, or policies where necessary, while maintaining the integrity of the programme.
